Our Email and Website Servers are hosted in an A-Class Data Facility located in a limestone cave in Springfield Missouri. The Power for the Data Facility comes from a dedicated underground substation feed. It is backed up with parallel redundant UPS units fed from two separate battery banks. Additionally, a 2 MW underground generator stands by ready to provide back-up power in the unlikely event of an interruption. All electric transformation, switchgear, distribution, UPS units and back up generation, including fuel, is located underground to ensure continuous operations during a natural/unnatural event. All Website and Email servers run triple data redundant hard drives 24/7. In the event that a hard drive was to fail, two more would take its place keeping the flow of operations constant. Weekly external backups are made off Each Server to serve as an extra measure of security and redundancy.
