1. My listings are already on Realtor.com. Why do I need your State Multilist Traffic Generation System?
Answer - If you search Realtor.com for real estate, you'll notice you are limited to searching by city and county. Once you pick the city or county you want to move to you'll notice most of the listings only include 1 picture. The more pictures a listing has, the more hits it will receive. Realtor.com makes it difficult for you to showcase a listing. As if that wasn't bad enough...Realtor.com charges extra to promote your website and your email address. The only way for a home-buyer to get in contact with you on Realtor.com is through a phone call. Most home buyers (84%) are already online looking for real estate and don't want to call an agency until they have several listings they are interested in seeing. The research phase of home buying is very important to most buyers and if you were able to respond to them by email initially, you would be able to weed out the lookers from the buyers. Our State MultiList Sites allow you to promote your email address, your website, your listings, and actively manage your listings and agents from one convenient place. You can add unlimited pictures to a listing, add agent details, we display links to your email address and website, and we include all of your office contact details. We even generate leads for your from your listings every day. Due to the ease of use, we feel we can offer the public a better way to search for a home over Realtor.com. If you really want to get listings sold, and customers back to your website, you need our State MultiList Traffic Generation System.

2. I'm already on an MLS. How is yours different?
Answer - You're probably on an MLS, often called a MultiList, but far different from a Traffic Generation System. Your board MLS is designed to share listing between Real Estate Agencies, not to promote your listings online. Our State MultiList Traffic Generation System is designed to be very search engine friendly, and come up under search terms that the public would use in searching for real estate in your area. Your Board MLS or MultiList is not designed to help your website come up higher in the search engines, or promote it on the internet. Most board MLS/MultiList systems don't generate leads for your agency every day. If you want other agencies to know what listings you have, join your Board MLS/MultiList, but if you want to tap into the internet market to sell real estate, you need to join our State MultiList program.

3. In the contract is says I need to add 2 links to my website. Why?

Answer - The 2 links that we have you add to your website are for your benefit. The first link is a link back to the State MultiList. This link will give you accreditation with your sellers. By having the official State MultiList logo on your website, sellers will know that when they list with you, their listing will be on the State MultiList as well. The second link is a link to just your listings in a searchable database that is very user friendly. This encourages buyers to stay on your website because searching listings is very easy. We also include a "premier user" feature in that second link where home-buyers can sign up on your website and receive emails with new listings that you have. Again... this keeps buyers coming back to your website.

4. How long does it take to add a listing?
Answer - Depending on the information you put in... a full listing with pictures takes approx. 2 minutes to add to our State MultiList system. We have only 7 required fields. If you're part of an MLS board, we can automatically upload your listings from the MLS through our custom IDX solution.

5. What does it cost?
Answer - That depends on the amount of traffic that the State MultiList is getting. Our normal price is $200/setup and $195/quarter for Unlimited Listings, Unlimited Pictures per Listing, and Unlimited Agents. We have a staged in pricing structure based on the number of users per day that visit that State MultiList. We start off giving it away for FREE for 1 year. Once the traffic is built up, then we start charging 1/2 price ($100/quarter). When the State MultiList starts getting thousands of users/day, then we charge full price.

6. Do you advertise anywhere else? Do you have any affiliates?
Answer - Our State MultiList Program automatically updates to our U.S. MultiList located at www.usmultilist.com. We also advertise our State MultiList program in 2 print magazines (Show-Me Missouri and Show-Me Arkansas) that get distributed all over Missouri and Arkansas. We are also affiliated with U.S. Lots.com. Over seventy percent of their listings come from either us or United Country. All lots, land, and residential listings with 10 or more acres are automatically uploaded to U.S. Lots.com.

7. How do people find your Multilist?
Answer - The vast majority of our State MultiList sites are found on the first page of major search engines for a variety of key words. We work closely with Yahoo Search Marketing to find out how the public is searching for real estate, then optimize our websites for those key words. Our U.S. Multilist is also a GREAT portal website that brings lots of traffic back into our State Multilist system. We also have over 600 Agency, Agent, and Realtor Websites that we've linked together to ensure that when a Buyer enters our Network, they do Business with one of Our Customers.

8. Can you just download my listings from my website?
Answer - Because each real estate website is different and programming costs are high, we cannot download your listings from your website. If you are a member of an MLS Board we can download your listings straight from your MLS board with our Custom IDX Solution!

9. Do I have to already belong to an MLS or be a Realtor to use your Multilist?
Answer - No! You don't have to be a Realtor or belong to a board MLS! As long as you have a license to practice real estate in that state, you can use our State MultiList!

10. I already have to put my listings on 3 other sites, how will I have time for yours?
Answer - Why are you putting your listings on 3 sites? Let us take care of that for you by creating a custom IDX solution. Our IDX solution will allow you to add your listing 1 time to the MLS, and then we'll not only upload it to your website, but we'll also upload your listings to our State MultiList Traffic Generation System! This will eliminate your double data entry plus give you a user friendly IDX solution that you can have on your website turning your website into a 1-stop-shop for real estate.

11. Do I have to sign up for a full year? How about just 6 months?
Answer - The contract is a 1 year agreement. We let you try us out for 1 month for FREE so you can start getting leads and understand how it works. Due to the nature of various updates in technology and software, in order to cover our costs we can only offer 1 year agreements.

12. Once I sign up... what happens next?
Answer - Once you sign up, the agreement goes to our administration department to add you to the State MultiList. After your agency has been added, and a login created our Technical Support Department will give you a call (Usually within 1-2 business days) and train you on how to use the State MultiList. Within a week after you've been trained, one of our Customer Support Representatives will give you a follow up call and answer any additional questions you may have. Thereafter, expect a call from Customer Support every 1-2 months to update you on any new services and provide any additional training you may need.

13. Do you charge per listing or per agent?
Answer - No! We allow you to add Unlimited Listings with Unlimited Pictures per listing and Unlimited agents for the same price!

14. How can I tell if its working out for me?
Answer - We provide you with stats on how many hits your listings have gotten and you'll be receiving leads in your inbox. We do have agencies that add a prefix or suffix to their listings to track their advertising.

15. What do I have to do to get started?
Answer - Sign up with one of our sales reps.

16. I don't have any listings? How can I use this to Get Listings?
Answer - We have many agencies that use our State MultiList Program to get more listings into their office. Some agencies promote the fact that they can list a sellers home on the State MultiList in addition to any local MLS or print advertising. This gives them an edge with sellers. Other agencies take the leads they receive and go around town matching up prospective homes with leads and talking to the home owner. They explain to the home owner that they have buyers looking for real estate and would they consider selling if the home sold for the agreed price.

17. What if I have listings in more than one state?
Answer - We allow customers to have access to additional states for FREE per office. For example, if you have an office in Tennessee that also has listings in North Carolina, sign that office up for the Tennessee MultiList and we'll give you access to the North Carolina MultiList for FREE for that office!!!

18. How much do you charge for multiple offices?
Answer - Our Traffic/Lead Generation System is 1/2 price for each additional office you sign up.

19. Why do I have to have a website to use your State MultiList Program?
Answer - Having been in business for over 10 years, we've found that agencies that have Real Estate Websites are more successfull in converting and retaining leads. The public are looking for 2 things when they come to our Traffic Generation Website - Listings and Area Information. To that end, we show the public listings, but heavily market an agencies website to get local information. This puts buyers in contact with our agencies.
