1. Do you use templates?
Answer - U.S. Cybertek, Inc. prides itself on making Custom websites. We don't use templates.

2. Do I have to have U.S. Cybertek, Inc. host my website?
Answer - No, but if you do we can offer you special features such as "Live Chat", Multi-Media Packages, "Latest Listings Showcases", etc. These unique features are only available if U.S. Cybertek, Inc. hosts your website.

3. Do I have to be a member of the Traffic Generation Program to have a website?
Answer - You do not "Have" to be a member of the traffic generation program to have a custom website built by U.S. Cybertek, Inc., but we do use it to manage your listings and agents. We have proven that agencies that don't use it, have a very difficult time getting traffic back to their website. If no one visits your website, why have it? If you want a custom website designed but don't want to be in the Traffic Generation Program, you must devise your own method of getting your listings on your website through a third party.

4. Can I purchase my own domain?
Answer - Yes. You can purchase your own domain, but when we transfer your website over, you will be chaged a domain transfer fee of $35.00. This will also add 1 year to your domain registration. U.S. Cybertek, Inc. can purchase and manage your domain for you at a cost of $105.00 per 3 years of registration.

5. What if I already have a domain?
Answer - We can transfer your domain over if we host your website. The transfer fee is $35.00 and renews your domain registration for 1 year.

6. Do you charge extra for changes to my website?
Answer - For text changes we do not charge anything extra if we are hosting your website. If you want extra pages built or the main pictures changed, etc. there will be a small fee.

7. Will my existing website go down while you are building my new website?
Answer - No. We build your new website on our computers and replace your existing website when we're done instantaniously. We'll even work with your current website provider to help facilitate the process ensuring it goes smoothly.
